JCL Repair Services LLC is a small, family-owned Handyman business, serving Brevard County, FL.
Jon Lio (Owner) has diverse experience in home renovation and repairs, including over two decades of painting experience. Beginning in 2003 with concrete foundation work, he expanded his repair expertise while working for a small General Contractor after Hurricanes Charley, Frances, and Jeanne devastated Central Florida in 2004.
In 2010, he graduated from the Finishing Trades Institute of Florida as a Journeyman Painter and Drywall Finisher.
Jon is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at UCF. While in college, Jon has worked in engineering and construction management internships, but ultimately decided to “get back on the tools.”
